A Rockin Top Hat I've been looking for a Top Hat for a while now and was so pleased when I found this. The Hat is so well made, and looks and feels like it should cost a lot more. It comes in a sturdy box , which I've used for storage as it keeps it from flopping about. The Hat itself fits like a glove, and is comfortable to wear for extended periods. All in all this Hat looks fantastic and as superb value for money.
